Here at Tiny Teacups we like to take the stress and mess out of your child’s special day so you can relax and enjoy with family and friends making memories.

We can cater for most dietary requirements and allergies.

Our parties are available to book on a Saturday/Sunday from 10am through to 5pm, 5pm being the latest slot .
In certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate parties after we close in the week – please contact us to discuss this.

We have 4 party packages:

  • Bronze £7.95 per child
  • Silver £ 9.95 per child
  • Gold £10.95
  • Gold + £11.95 (hot food option)

You get exclusive hire of the café at a charge of £25 per hour. *

Table coverings, napkins and plates are included in all three packages but these are plain and not themed. If you pay for a themed party these items will match the theme wherever possible.

If you would like themed party decorations e.g. Toy Story or Marvel, there is an additional charge of a maximum of £50 and this includes themed tablecloths, napkins, plates, decorations and the birthday boy or girl gets a themed helium balloon in addition to the age one.

All three packages include the following;

  • Party host,
  • Hot/cold food options,
  • Decorations,
  • No cleaning up to do at the end.

Bronze Package

Has these extra items:

  • Party Bag for each child

Cold Food:

Children’s afternoon tea -selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, breadsticks, hummus, crisps, fruit selection, yoghurt and cupcake.

Hot Food:

Mini Pizzas and smiley faces , cheese on toast , yoghurt and cupcake.

Silver Package

Has these extra items:

  • Invitations (optional)
  • Banners/Balloons – birthday boy or girl gets an “age” helium balloon, balloon for each child and if themed birthday child gets an extra balloon in addition to the age one.
  • Party Game and prize x2
  • Party Bag and sweet cone for each child
  • Option of hot or cold food.

Cold Food:

Children’s afternoon tea -selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, breadsticks, hummus, crisps, fruit selection, yoghurt and cupcake.

Hot Food:

Mini Pizzas and smiley faces, cheese on toast, yoghurt and cupcake, fruit salad.

Gold package

Has these extra items:

  • Invitations (optional)
  • Tablecloths, serviettes
  • Banners/Balloons – birthday boy or girl gets an “age” helium balloon, balloon for each child and if themed birthday child gets an extra balloon in addition to the age one.
  • Party Game and prizes x3 (time permitting and choice of guests).
  • Party Bag and sweet cone for each child.
  • Option of hot or cold food

Cold Food:

Children’s afternoon tea -selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls ,cocktail sausages, carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, breadsticks, hummus, crisps, fruit selection, yoghurt and cupcake, tub of Mrs Dowsons Ice-Cream.

Hot Food:

Mini Pizzas and smiley faces , cheese on toast, garlic bread , yoghurt and cupcake and Mrs Dowsons Ice Cream.

All packages can be themed and food choices can be changed . All have unlimited cordial, milk or water.

If you will be looking for food or drinks for adults who may be attending we will be happy to discuss this at the time you make your booking.

*We have a minimum party size of 10 children for exclusive hire. We can cater for smaller parties – please contact us to discuss your requirements.
